• Orders are carefully packaged and shipped via a reliable shipping partner
• Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days
• You will receive a track & trace code once your order has been shipped

Shipping costs

• Free shipping on orders over €55
• For orders under €55, shipping costs will be applied (visible at checkout)

Returns

Not completely satisfied? It can happen.
You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receipt.

Conditions for returns

• The product must be unused
• The packaging must be undamaged and in its original condition
• The product must be carefully packed for return shipping

Important to know

• Return costs are at your own expense
• Returns are the responsibility of the customer, so always keep your proof of shipment and track & trace code
• Once we have received and checked your return, the purchase amount will be refunded within a few business days via the original payment method
• Any shipping costs will not be refunded
