2. Applicability

These general terms and conditions apply to all offers, orders and agreements concluded via the LAVOE webshop.

By placing an order, you agree to these terms and conditions.

3. The offer

  • LAVOE strives for the most complete and accurate representation of products possible
  • Small deviations in color, scent or packaging do not give the right to compensation
  • Obvious errors or mistakes do not bind LAVOE

4. The agreement

  • The agreement is concluded when the order has been confirmed
  • LAVOE reserves the right to refuse orders or set additional conditions

5. Prices and payments

  • All prices are stated in euros and include VAT
  • Payment must be made via the offered payment methods
  • The order will be processed after receipt of payment

6. Delivery

  • Orders are usually processed and shipped within 1–3 business days
  • Delivery takes place at the address specified by the customer
  • Delays do not give the right to compensation

7. Shipping costs

  • Free shipping on orders from €55
  • Shipping costs are calculated for orders under €55

8. Right of withdrawal (returns)

You have the right to withdraw your order within 14 days of receipt.

Returns must be registered in advance via info@lavoe.nl.

Conditions:

  • Product is unused
  • Packaging is undamaged and in original condition

Important:

  • Return costs are for your own account
  • Returns are the responsibility of the customer
  • Always keep your proof of shipment and track & trace

After receipt and inspection, the purchase amount will be refunded within a few business days via the original payment method.

Any shipping costs will not be refunded.

9. Exclusion of right of withdrawal

Due to hygienic reasons, opened or used products cannot be returned.

10. Quality and complaints

LAVOE stands for quality, care and a refined fragrance experience.

We develop and produce our products with care and attention. If you are nevertheless not satisfied or experience a problem, please contact us via info@lavoe.nl.

Complaints will be handled within 5 business days and we always strive for a suitable solution.

11. Liability

  • LAVOE is not liable for damage as a result of incorrect use of products
  • The liability of LAVOE is limited to the purchase amount of the product concerned

12. Force majeure

LAVOE is not liable for delays or non-fulfillment of obligations due to force majeure.

13. Privacy

Personal data is processed in accordance with applicable privacy legislation. See the privacy statement on the website for this.

14. Applicable law

Dutch law applies to all agreements.
